When you are invisible, you are a threat. I want my competitors to feel the pressure without knowing where it's coming from. I want them to fight a ghost. Since working with Andrew Tate, I realized having a personal brand and a large following as an individual can do more harm than good, not just to yourself but to those that look up to you as a public figure.

Capital Command: You describe your approach as a "battlefield" when entering new industries, new markets. Is business warfare to you?

Felix Grippo: Absolutely. It is a war for territory. If you are not attacking, you are defending. And defenders eventually lose. I don't enter a market to compete; I enter to dominate. I look for the weak points, the lazy incumbents, the slow movers, and I move them out of the way. Anyone that is in business, no matter what that business is. When you enter a business, you see for yourself that it's a competition, the strategizing for new and current clientele against the competitor, whether it's a new marketing campaign or a new product/service launch. If your competitor was a friend than why would they be doing everything they can to see you fail and see themselves as the winners each time they gain a sale?

Capital Command: What drives you if not money?

Felix Grippo: Capacity. I want to see how much the system can take. I want to know if I can automate an entire industry. I want to know if I can outsmart a billion-dollar algorithm with a laptop. Money is just the scorecard. The real prize is the knowledge that I can walk into any room, any market, any situation, and find a way to win. My life revolves one person, and that's my daughter. Building empires for her, is what drives me and that's how I know I can't lose.
